	Recorder Karate

Recorder Karate is a curriculm for learning the recorder. The 5th graders use this plan. As students become more proficient on their instruments they earn "belts" in the form of ribbons they attached to their recorders. This is pictured below. Note this type of recorder also has its own "halo" which holds a neckstrap.

Mrs. Harvey's class: Mondays at 11:30-12:15

Miss Stillwell's class: Wednesday at 11:30-12:15

Mrs. Horton's class: Thursday at 11:30-12:15

Click here to get help with fingerings for your recorder. Just run your mouse across the keyboard and you get the note name as well as the way to finger it on your recorder.
